In charging legal fees we are open to negotiations with our client but within the minimum fees set by the Advocates Remuneration Order, we take into account the following factors in determining the fees to be charged for any particular work ;

• The amount of research to be undertaken and of the papers to be perused and drawn amongst others.

Amicable Dispute Resolution

Our clients Time and resources are valuable. Whenever a client presents us with a case problem, we always endeavor where possible, to have the problem resolved amicably, with litigation as a last resort.

The firm has not had to deal with a dispute with any of its clients. In the event of such a dispute, we would prefer recourse to negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
